Role:Performance Marketing

Location:Mumbai, Prabhadevi

Key Responsibilities: Digital Ads Management (50%)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- to drive sales and growth.
- Analyze data to maximize ROI, improve audience targeting, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Innovate with new ad formats and strategies for market leadership.
- P&L; Management (20%)
- Oversee business P&L; across digital channels.
- Monitor revenue, ad spend, margins, and key performance indicators.
- Drive profitability and recommend corrective actions as needed. Inventory Coordination (10%):
- Work closely with supply chain for inventory forecasting and stock health for marketplace channels.
- Align promotional activity with inventory availability and demand trends.
- Brand Team Collaboration (10%)
- Partner with the Brand Team to ensure consistent messaging and integration of ad strategy with
- brand initiatives.
- Supply insights on creatives, messaging, and content based on campaign performance.
- Product Initiatives (10%)




- Contribute to product planning and recent product development through research, sales trends, and consumer feedback from digital channels.
- Provide actionable recommendations for product and assortment strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of agency-side Amazon Ads experience (mandatory).
- Meta & Google Ads knowledge is a plus.
- 1-2 years of broader e-commerce/business/brand management experien
- Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven expertise with Amazon Ads and Seller Central.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
