Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do:
- Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards and engineering best practices.
- Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring adherence to requirements and incorporating business value into all technical decisions.
- Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis, providing insight on the broader impact of software changes and delivering meaningful technical guidance to team members.
- Influence and lead team standards and processes, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions.
- Research complex escalations for production issues, mentor and coach team members, and implement development standards to ensure compliance with product and industry practices.





Role Essentials — What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Java development, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Solid experience with continuous software delivery, build environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation and continuous integration tools.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills with the ability to mentor team members, influence technical decisions, and deliver results independently with mínimal oversight.

What We'd Like to See — Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
