Experience: 3+ years

Skills:
- B.E/ Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical) from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years executing MEP projects in Interiors (Hotel/hospital/commercial).

Technical Expertise:
- Prepare project schedule based on the contract and timeline; define critical milestones & Targets
- Monitoring & Tracking of Project Schedule w.r.t. Milestones and ensuring completion of activities accordingly, Prepare & Submit Daily progress reports.
- Maintain and record updates of site work progress or hurdles in Site Issue log.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation as per requirement of Schedule.
- Follow-up with site team/ vendors to meet execution targets.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required
- Coordinate with Individual Project Engineers and integrating the project schedules
- Review and coordinate vendor design documents review to ensure comply to design requirements, Co-ordination with Subcontractors for Shop Drawings Submission to Client.




- Submission of Technical Data Sheets/ Material Submittals/ Compliances to Client as per specifications.
- Co-ordination with Purchase Department for Material requisition for Procurement of Material
- Submission of As Built Drawings, O&M; Manuals to Client. Co-ordination for Commissioning, Preparation of Handing over Documents, check lists etc.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Should be able to deliver under pressure and should not work in a time bound manner.
- Co-ordination of Inventory Control & Material Reconciliation.
- Co-ordination with Billing team for Work Done Authentication, Budget & CTC etc.
- Robust technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of MEP activities.
- Proficiency in MS-Office/ Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD - basic to moderate

Communication/Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly and concisely convey
