Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and track daily/weekly KPIs
- Deliver personalized and high-quality customer service
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conduct stock audits




- Maintain store hygiene, visual standards, and VM guidelines
- Support billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Supervise, motivate, and manage team performance on the floor
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- Provide regular feedback and support performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes
- Maintain robust product knowledge and stay updated on collections
- Uphold brand image and deliver a consistent in-store experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, logistics, and customer orders

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of retail experience (preferably furniture/home décor/luxury)
- Strong sales, communication, and customer handling skills
- Team management and leadership ability
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management

Preferred Skills
- Eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience in premium/life
