Job Title: Pre-School Centre Head / Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day preschool operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise teaching & non-teaching staff.
- Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns.
- Ensure curriculum implementation and quality standards.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain records, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Organize school events and promotional activities.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (ECE/Montessori qualification preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in a Preschool Centre Head, Centre Manager, or Academic Coordinator role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in admissions counselling and parent handling.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and school management processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
