What this job involves:
You'll be the analytical backbone of JLL's project data integrity, providing critical insights through systematic data collection, analysis, and reporting. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that all project metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators are accurately captured, analyzed, and presented to support informed decision-making across multiple project management platforms including AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Teams.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Collect, validate, and organize project data from multiple sources and project management platforms
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support project decision-making
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all project tracking systems and databases
- Support project teams with ad-hoc data requests, metric calculations, and performance reporting needs
- Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent data collection methods and reporting standards
- Provide analytical support for project performance monitoring, budget tracking, and resource utilization analysis
- Assist in developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, and data collection processes for continuous improvement
