4-7 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ support experience. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, SoD, certifications, and provisioning. - Experience supporting RadiantOne Directory Services. - Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, XML, and connector frameworks. - Hands-on experience in workflows, forms, access reviews, and lifecycle events. - Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint debugging techniques. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Experience in customer-facing support environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Directory & Infrastructure Active Directory Azure AD / Entra ID LDAP RadiantOne VDS SSO and Federation concepts Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) [SailPoint_...escription | Word], [Active_Dir...escription | Word] Preferred Skills CyberArk integration knowledge. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience supporting global enterprise IAM environments. Agile and DevOps delivery experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification preferred. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Security or IAM certifications are advantageous.
