About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Shoot engaging Reels, Stories, BTS and product videos using a smartphone; create content ideas; stay updated with trends.
- Social Media: Plan, create and schedule posts, write captions, engage with the community, track insights and improve performance.
- Exhibitions & Events: Coordinate exhibitions, manage stall branding and logistics, capture live content and coordinate with vendors.
- E-commerce: Manage Shopify basics including product uploads, collections, banners, pricing and website updates.
- Performance Marketing: Basic Meta Ads knowledge, assist in campaign setup, monitor results and coordinate with agencies if required.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify creators, manage gifting collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- Analytics: Prepare weekly reports, monitor website/social performance and competitor activity.
- Brand Growth: Contribute creative campaign ideas,



product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives.

- Instagram & Facebook Business Suite
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Basic photography & videography
- Copywriting
- AI tools like ChatGPT for ideation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
