Job Summary:
- The Total Rewards & Payroll Partner is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, including the administration of commissions, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related transactions.

Essential Functions and Tasks:




- The role supports end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including group insurance enrollment, changes, terminations, claims coordination, and liaison with insurance providers to ensure seamless employee support.
- Manage statutory compliance activities related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax, and other applicable payroll-related regulations, ensuring accurate deductions, filings, and timely remittances.
- Prepare, validate, and submit statutory reports, returns, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Partner with HR, Finance, employees, and external vendors to resolve payroll, benefits, and compliance-related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
