Job Summary
The Process Reengineering Lead is a strategic transformation role responsible for driving process reengineering, automation, and simplification initiatives across the end-to-end Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TPLM) framework, including Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process transformation, leveraging data analytics, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process engineering techniques to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce risk, enhance stakeholder experience, and accelerate process cycle times.
- Leads and participates in high-priority enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing third-party management processes, partnering with business, operations, technology, risk,
compliance, procurement, and shared service teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable process improvements.
- Supports the design and implementation of future-state operating models, process standardization, automation solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives that align with business objectives and global standards.
