Our Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) in India is a critical part of ERM’s global consulting model enabling scalable, high-quality delivery across regions and service lines. CDH teams work in close partnership with regional consultants to support global client projects, providing specialist expertise, driving consistency, and enhancing delivery efficiency across our most significant programmes.

As part of the Consulting Delivery Hub, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to complex sustainability projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of global consulting delivery.

- Plan and lead discrete audits or significant workstreams, defining scope, audit criteria and risk-based sampling approach.
- Direct fieldwork and testing activities, ensuring evidence is sufficient, relevant, reliable and aligned with ERM standards.
- Evaluate findings, determine significance and develop factual, defensible audit conclusions and opinion inputs.
- Present findings, influence remediation and act as a trusted client partner on complex EHS and audit matters.
- Guide, mentor and train junior team members, contributing to knowledge management and audit capability development.

What you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in audit, EHS regulatory compliance, management systems, sustainability, consulting or industry roles.
- Advanced risk assessment, control evaluation, audit methodology and evidence-evaluation capability.
