About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale a modern voice-based AI platform. This position focuses on creating production-grade conversational systems, developing reliable backend services, and delivering high-performance real-time communication.

Responsibilities:
- Develop AI workflows incorporating retrieval-based knowledge, tool integrations, and contextual reasoning.
- Create and optimize real-time voice communication pipelines with mínimal latency.
- Build and maintain backend services and supporting frontend components using Python or Node.js.
- Develop well-documented REST APIs and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Implement webhook integrations and ensure reliable communication between services.
- Monitor platform performance and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and response times.

Required ExperienceAI & Voice Technologies
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.




- Experience integrating AI models with external tools and function-calling capabilities.
- Familiarity with voice communication technologies such as LiveKit, ElevenLabs, Ultravox, or comparable platforms.
- Understanding of telephony concepts and low-latency voice processing.

Software Engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
- Experience building scalable backend services.
- Solid understanding of WebSockets, WebRTC, and real-time communication architectures.
- Experience designing REST APIs, JSON-based integrations, and webhook implementations.
- Familiarity with NGINX configuration for proxying and streaming workloads.

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and SQS.
- Experience with Docker containers and deployment workflows.
- Comfortable using GitHub or Bitbucket with up-to-date branching strategies.
- Basic Linux administration, including SSH, shell scripting, and scheduled automation.
