Role Summary

The Accounts Head / Finance Head will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role includes financial planning, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, MIS reporting, and ensuring accurate financial records while supporting management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage the complete accounting operations of the company.




- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Oversee daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Finance & Budgeting
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business projections.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate preparation and filing of statutory returns.
- Handle assessments, notices, and correspond
