Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Executive - Commercial EPC to drive business development and revenue growth in the commercial and industrial rooftop solar segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current commercial and industrial customers for rooftop solar EPC projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, cold outreach, and other business development activities.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand their energy requirements and business needs.




- Coordinate site surveys with the engineering team.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to prospective customers.
- Explain solar solutions, ROI, payback period, financing options, and other commercial/technical aspects.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and drive deals toward closure.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and order-booking targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Support collections and payment follow-ups wherever required.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B consultative selling skills.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and deal closure.
