Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and promote travel packages and services.

Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel options.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain accurate customer records and update sales information.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Any Graduate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism (preferred).





Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry.

Requirements:
Personal laptop is mandatory.
