Job Title: Manager - Data Mining & Lead Generation

Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

SAV X DATA LABS is a B2B lead generation and data services company serving clients across the USA, UK, and Australia. We specialize in high-quality leads (HQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), opt-ins, and account-based marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the data mining team — assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met
- Train and guide team members on data sourcing tools and quality standards
- Handle complete data mining process — sourcing, cleaning, and organizing B2B contact data
- Extract and build prospect lists using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and Apollo.io




- Match prospects against client ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
- Maintain and update data trackers/CRM sheets
- Report daily/weekly progress to leadership

Required Skills:
- Prior experience in data mining, lead generation, or B2B research
- Prior experience managing or leading a small team preferred
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working UK shift hours (1 PM - 10 PM)
- Must be available to join by this Monday

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong team-handling and tool knowledge may also apply)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (UK Shift)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
