The Interior Project Manager is responsible for the complete execution and delivery of residential and commercial interior projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling all project activities to ensure timely completion, superior quality, budget adherence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager acts as the single point of accountability for project execution, coordinating between clients, design teams, vendors, procurement, production, site engineers, and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Take complete ownership of projects from design handover to final handover.
- Prepare detailed project execution schedules and milestone plans.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams.

Site Management
- Supervise multiple interior project sites simultaneously.
- Ensure daily execution activities are completed as per schedule.




- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and progress.
- Resolve site-level execution issues and technical challenges promptly.
- Ensure proper coordination between all trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Manage customer expectations regarding timelines, materials, and project scope.
- Resolve client concerns and execution-related escalations professionally.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from project initiation to final handover.

Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with modular manufacturers, civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other vendors.
