About the Role

As an Advisor - Payroll Enablement you will be a key member of the Core Payroll team, supporting the execution of payroll enablement activities. This includes monitoring India pay-impacting changes (from both external and internal sources), providing payroll system advisory, delivering payroll fixes and enhancements, and managing associated change activities. The role also involves strong collaboration with Technology, Finance, and Initiative Delivery teams.

What will your day look like?

As an Advisor - Payroll Enablement your responsibilities will include:
Monitor external and internal changes impacting payroll (especially India regulations) to ensure ongoing compliance with tax, labor, and company policies.

Manage payroll incidents by coordinating with Technology, Payroll, and other relevant teams for timely resolution.

Lead the delivery of payroll changes, fixes, and system enhancements, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.

Identify, define, and implement payroll change requirements in line with business and regulatory needs.

Perform release testing (UAT) for payroll system updates (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP) to ensure accuracy and system readiness.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, Tax, Perks, and external payroll vendors to drive payroll initiatives.
