Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent, process-driven, and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage our complete human resource lifecycle. As an OEM specializing in advanced technological solutions, your role will be instrumental in bridging executive business strategies with daily personnel operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, structuring performance frameworks, implementing progressive company policies, and managing critical employee life-cycle transitions.
- Manage recruitment across all tiers—from technical service engineers to sales trainees—utilizing strong screening and modern interview techniques to identify top talent.
- Design and implement metrics-driven Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and appraisal systems, requiring sharp analytical skills to align employee targets with business goals.
- Establish and monitor company-wide policies and code of conduct, requiring a thorough, working knowledge of labor laws and statutory employment standards.




- Lead structured orientation and training programs to quickly integrate new hires and interns, utilizing solid presentation and organizational skills.
- Act as the primary mediator for workplace grievances and disciplinary issues, requiring exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict-management skills.
- Practical, working knowledge of local labor statutes, statutory compliance, payroll frameworks, and standard employment contract terms.
- Bridge the gap between people and processes, ensuring that operational capacity perfectly aligns with HR policies and workforce planning.
- Oversee office administration, manage corporate asset allocation/returns, coordinate with external vendors, and support regional dealer/sales network logistics.
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration, backed by 5+ years of core human resource experience.
