JOB DESCRIPTION - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Experience Required - 1 to 3 Years

Qualification Required - Diploma / B.Sc. / Other Technical Background.

Roles & Responsibilities
- SERVICE
- Attend machine breakdowns at customer sites.
- Attend AMC visits and resolve customer complaints.
- Install recent machines and provide operator training with customer satisfaction.
- Generate spare parts sales and AMC sales from recent customers.

SALES
- Generate sales through visited companies.
- Search for new leads through cold calling and customer visits.
- Visit companies and generate service and spare parts sales.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with customers.

Other Requirements
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must own a two-wheeler as this is a field and outdoor job.
- Must have a dual-SIM mobile phone (one SIM card will be provided by the company).
