Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution support for projects across multiple states. The Architect will work closely with clients, structural consultants, MEP consultants, project managers, and site engineers to ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, compliant with applicable regulations,



and aligned with the company's quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Create 3D models, walkthroughs, and presentation drawings.
- Optimize designs for functionality, aesthetics, cost, and buildability.

Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and External Consultants.
- Ensure all drawings are coordinated before construction.
- Resolve design conflicts through interdisciplinary coordination.
- Participate in design review meetings and technical discussions.

Site Coordination
- Visit project sites regularly across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
- Clarify drawings and technical details to site engineers and contractors.
