*Key responsibilities*
- *Sales + targets*: Drive daily/monthly revenue goals. Plan promotions, visual merchandising, and upselling strategies
- *Team management*: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff. Handle conflicts + performance reviews
- *Operations*: Open/close store, manage cash, POS, billing, and banking. Ensure SOPs for housekeeping + security
- *Inventory + merchandising*: Control stock levels, do cycle counts, minimize shrinkage, manage replenishment + POs
- *Customer experience*: Handle escalations, complaints, returns. Build loyalty and keep store NPS high
- *Compliance*: Follow company policies, labor laws, safety + fire norms. Maintain store audit scores
- *Reporting*: Share daily sales, footfall, conversion, shrinkage, and expense reports with regional manager
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
