Restaurant Captain
Responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, leading the service team, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise service staff during shifts.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Experience:
- restaurant captain: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Malayalam (preferred)
Work Location: In person
