Defect knowledge
- Perform manual soldering of PCB/components/wires as per work instructions.
- Ensure proper soldering quality, joint strength and appearance.
- Follow soldering temperature, time and process parameters.
- Identify soldering defects such as dry solder, cold solder, excess solder, solder bridge and insufficient solder.
- Use soldering iron, solder wire, flux and other tools safely.
- Perform visual inspection of soldered components.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Follow ESD, 5S and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and soldering equipment.
- Record production and rejection/rework data as required.
- Inform the supervisor about quality issues, machine/tool problems or material shortages.
- Follow company policies and applicable quality standards.
Pay: ₹8,527.26 - ₹22,175.99 per month
