What You’ll Do
- Design static posts, carousels, and visual assets for social media platforms.
- Create lifestyle & culture-led content like memes.
- Copy writing for social media posts & ads.
- Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos (basic gear or phone is fine).
- Cover BTS & short form videos at VRO events, launches, brand Ips, etc (shoot + edit).
- On-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews,



conversations).
- Can use AI tools for image & video generation.
- Translate brand ideas into clean, mínimal visuals.
- Collaborate closely with the social & marketing team.
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Understanding of men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, or lifestyle spaces.
- Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
- Can make content sound funny & feel relatable through humorous copy writing & meme marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram formats & trends (without chasing noise).
- Ability to work fast without compromising taste.
- Someone who enjoys being on-ground, not just behind a screen.
- Solid communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
