About the Role

ReConn Airways is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a new regional airline from the ground up. From social media creatives to brand collateral, you'll be the person turning strategy and ideas into polished, on-brand visuals across every touchpoint — working closely with the social media, content, and leadership teams during a defining pre-launch and launch phase.

What You'll Do
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — static posts, carousels, and campaign visuals — in line with brand guidelines
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual design language — typography, color, layout — across all output
- Create basic text animations and motion graphics for short-form video content (title cards,



kinetic typography, simple transitions)
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and content team to keep visual output aligned with the content calendar
- Ensure every asset follows brand guidelines — color palette, logo usage, typography — without needing repeated correction
- Stay current with design trends and platform-specific creative formats (Reels covers, carousel pacing, LinkedIn document posts, etc.)

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on graphic design experience (freshers with a robust, original portfolio will also be considered)
- Strong command of core design tools — Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
- Working knowledge of AI design tools — e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Design, or DALL-E — for faster ideation and asset generation
- A genuine understanding of design language and brand consistency — not just individual pretty visuals, but a cohe
