Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in managing the balance between demand and resources to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Manufacturing, Testing, Industrialization, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless production planning and resource optimization. You’ll also contribute to planning instances, monitor production plans, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing demand forecasts, managing the Master Production Schedule,



and ensuring adherence to industrial planning best practices, but also collaborate across departments to address bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.

We’ll look to you for:
- Managing demand forecasts in Core Planning Tools and ERP systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build and update the Master Production Schedule.
- Conducting bottleneck analysis and proposing recovery scenarios.
- Monitoring production plan adherence and addressing delays through root-cause analysis.
- Ensuring data accuracy in ERP and planning tools, and managing communication with stakeholders.
