Work closely with the Department Coordinators and oversee curriculum development, teaching methods, assessment processes & techniques, quality, and faculty performance to ensure academic rigour
- Develop and implement academic strategies that promote students’ learning and results through remedial classes, teaching and evening hostel teaching
- Explore teaching materials and tools to support teachers and enhance classroom learning
- Foster collaboration among academic departments to strengthen interdisciplinary programs and initiatives
- Implement recommendations of the impact assessment report
- Monitor submission of quality donor reports and timeliness of Donor reporting
- Communicate and collaborate with the activities teachers to bring balance to the school
- Oversee time budget (annually) and the quality of lesson plans




- Conduct regular assessments of academic programs, utilising data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Department Coordinators of _English, Hindi, Maths, Science, SST, Computer, Commerce_ & Librarywill report to her
- Identify the department's needs and arrange departmental training
- Ensure teachers deliver their classes in English

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
