Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, recruiters, and corporate companies.
- Identify companies with fresher and entry-level job openings, especially in IT and relevant non-IT domains.
- Generate placement opportunities and schedule campus drives, pooled drives, virtual drives, and walk-in interviews.
- Coordinate with students regarding job openings, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and selection processes.
- Maintain a database of companies, recruiters, job openings, and placement records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters and hiring partners.
- Track placement targets and prepare weekly/monthly placement reports.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies for recurring hiring requirements.
- Support the organization in conducting job fairs, placement drives,
and recruitment events.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in corporate outreach, recruitment, placement coordination, or business development is preferred.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other qualified networking platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple placement requirements and follow up effectively.
- Basic knowledge of IT job roles and technologies will be an added advantage.
- Good Excel and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years in Placement
