Job Summary

Skill set required for Project Manager:
- Overall shift operations management across all functions
- Planning and monitoring shift-wise production targets and SLAs
- Solid understanding of end-to-end digitization workflow
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, RFP guidelines, and compliance standards
- Managing team leaders, supervisors, and workforce allocation
- Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time
- Handling escalations, risks, and operational issues
- Ensuring quality control coordination and output standards
- Overseeing inward/outward movement and inventory control
- Maintaining shift reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
- Ensuring proper handling and preservation of sensitive materials
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiency
- Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring safety, security, and compliance within the shift

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, BPO, Document Digitization, Records Management, or Government Projects.




- Knowledge of SLA management, quality control, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large teams and shift operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
