Role:Sr Process Associate-FP&A;

- Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream
- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA
- Must Have Skills:
- Financial statement analysis: Review and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.
- General ledger and bank reconciliations: Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements monthly; research and resolve discrepancies; post adjusting journal entries as needed.
- Variance analysis & reporting: Compare actuals versus budgets and forecasts; prepare variance reports with written explanations for management.
- Financial modeling & forecasting: Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Month-end and quarter-end close support: Coordinate with AR, AP, payroll, and ops teams to ensure accurate, timely close.




- Audit & compliance coordination: Prepare documentation and respond to internal/external auditors; monitor changes in accounting regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
- Process improvement & system implementation: Streamline accounting processes, support ERP/financial system changes, and automate manual tasks.
- Special projects & cross-functional liaison: Work on ad-hoc finance initiatives, system implementations, mergers/acquisitions, tax filings, and collaboration across departments.
