Handle incoming enquiries for weddings, social events, corporate events and other celebrations.
- Speak with clients to understand their requirements, budget, guest count, event dates and preferences.
- Conduct professional venue walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Present the venue, facilities, packages and event possibilities in an engaging manner.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining the brand's premium positioning.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure no enquiry is missed.
- Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth client handover after confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build robust relationships with clients, wedding planners, event planners and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
