Where You'll Make a Difference:
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting perfumers and ensuring smooth day-to-day laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately weighing fragrance formulas and completing compounding activities within agreed timelines.
- Prioritizing compounding requests and coordinating with requestors on expected completion dates.
- Ordering raw materials, packaging supplies,



and urgent laboratory requirements through SAP.
- Maintaining raw material collections, ensuring proper labeling, stock availability, and timely replacement of expiring materials.
- Recording flashpoint information and supporting SAP-related laboratory activities.- Supporting perfumers with raw material retrieval, fragrance preparation, and dilution creation for evaluations and training.
- Performing raw material approvals by assessing color, physical state, and odor consistency against existing standards.
- Preparing smelling strips and dilution samples for fragrance evaluation and approval.
- Maintaining accurate records, formula data, trial oil collections, and weekly compounding reports.
- Ensuring laboratory cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and adherence to EHS and safety guidelines.
