Job Role:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Developer

Experience: 5+years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Developer with an experience of 5-7 years.

Develop and troubleshoot energetic content using AMPscript and personalization logic
Manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows
Perform campaign validation, testing, preview, and deployment
Support distributed marketing / advisor communications use cases
Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation
Along with this,
Handle INC tickets related to SFMC and MOD (CRM) systems
Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Troubleshoot campaign failures,



data issues, and integrations
Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication
Coordinate critical issue resolution
Preferred Skills
Financial services domain experience
Knowledge of SFMC APIs
Distributed marketing familiarity
Agile support model exposure

Pay: ₹327,670.46 - ₹1,466,038.86 per year

Experience:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin: 5 years (required)
- Salesforce Developer: 4 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
