Responsible for handling customer queries through Social media accounts, responding to chats. The role involves understanding queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues within defined timelines, and coordinating with internal teams.

Required Skills:
Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

Good knowledge of Computer & Social Media Apps.

Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks.

Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
