About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Alliances professional to drive strategic relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and other financial ecosystem partners. The role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding current partners, developing strategic alliances, negotiating commercials, managing partnership agreements, and driving sustainable business growth through these relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Bank, NBFC, Fintech, and strategic lending partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and initial discussions to commercial closure, agreement execution, integration, and launch.
- Conduct outreach and pitch the company's products, lending solutions, and value proposition to senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and other financial institutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing,



revenue-sharing arrangements, FLDG/co-lending structures, and other partnership terms as applicable.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Credit, Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to ensure smooth partnership execution.
- Drive negotiation and execution of Partnership Agreements, MoUs, commercial agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with technology and product teams for API/system integration, LOS/LMS integration, process alignment, and implementation.
- Manage existing strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Track partnership performance, business volumes, revenue, disbursements, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS, business reviews, management presentations, and partnership performance reports.
