About the Team & Business Line:

Your Role:




- Maintain internal controls ensuring the Company remains compliant with all regulations
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients including the allocation of projects across the global tax team
- Review and ensure quality of tax products - work papers, tax returns and all other tax deliverables
- Review federal and state tax returns prepared by 3 rd party tax preparers
- Ensure effective Staff Development; train, coach, supervise and appraise performance of staff
- Manage and oversee a team of supervisors, seniors and staff
- Assist the management and delivering of large projects
- Act as a technical and knowledge resource to the tax department
- Multi-task and juggle priorities in a highly dynamic, global team workplace
- Review, build and improve tax processes, this includes handling tax tool enhancement or other related initiatives
