Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, digitally skilled, and hands-on skilled to manage the organisation’s social media, brand communication, digital presence, and content production across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage the organisation’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, publish, and manage social media content.
- Develop platform-specific content including posts, reels, shorts, videos, and other digital formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Repurpose long-form content into suitable short-form content for different platforms.

2. Branding & Creative Design
- Create and maintain professional marketing and brand communication materials.
- Design presentations, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, event collateral, and other marketing materials.
- Convert business requirements and concepts into clear, engaging,



and professional visual communication.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, colours, imagery, and other brand elements.
- Work primarily with Canva and PowerPoint, while using other design tools as required.

3. Website Management & Digital Presence
- Manage and regularly update the organisation’s WordPress website.
- Coordinate with external website developers for technical changes, improvements, and new requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content, structure, user experience, and visual presentation.
- Design or prototype new websites and digital experiences when required.
- Coordinate content, design, and technical requirements between internal teams and external developers.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Replit will be an advantage.

4. Video Production & Content Creation
- Plan and execute video shoots for:
- Corporate videos
- Interviews
- Podcast
