Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product Management.

At least 1 year of recent experience in a B2C Product company.

Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-enabled products.

Experience with data-driven product development, including:
- Defining product metrics
- Running A/B tests and experiments
- Analyzing user behavior
- Measuring feature performance

Ability to convert customer and operational workflows into scalable product features and write transparent Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Experience collaborating with:
- Engineering teams
- Analytics teams




- Operations teams
- Business stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Eligibility

Graduation from one of the following Tier-1 institutes:
- IIT Bombay
- IIT Delhi
- IIT Madras
- IIT Kanpur
- IIT Kharagpur
- IIT Roorkee

Current or recent experience in a B2C Product Company is mandatory.
