Minimum 8 years of Experience on Mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, JCL,DB2,CICS,Ezytrive,CA7,Xpeditor,File-Aid,Endeavor)
- Hands on experience on Rocket Software - Microfocus enterprise developer / Enterprise analyzer, GitHub, Scheduler etc.
- Life insurance Domain (Traditional/Universal Life/Variable UniveraslLife / Annuities)
- LOMA280/290 certifications will be added advantage
- Client management, resource management, basic project management and team leadership.
- Should be able to provide technical solution to customer’s business need and able to guide the team for deployment of solution
- Technically lead the team and mentor the junior team members to drive the delivery.
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
- Positive analytical and problem solving skills
