Coordinating with the clients for the transactions, onboarding, documentations, verifications as well as KYC process.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client expectations
- Maintain and manage the MIS accurately and efficiently
- Timely updation of the software and be compliant with the same.
- Performing routine research on customer inquiries, feedbacks, and grievances
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the mutual fund industry and of

all products, services and processes performed by the team
- Identify and audit existing investments with clients through the reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
