Your Role

As a Gensler Design Manager, you will leverage your attention to detail and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget. Grow your project management experience while working on trendsetting projects across industries. A focus for the role will be building client relationships and driving business opportunities. Workplace experience for skilled service will be a plus.

What You Will Do
- Implementing one or more projects through the management of project teams
- Managing all phases of projects, including project set-up, programming, design, and construction administration
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing, productive client relationships
- Managing project scheduling, staffing/productivity, budgets, project set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants




- Tracking the financial performance of projects
- Preparing project proposal, negotiating fees and contracts for projects
- Ensure projects conform to contract
- Creating and communicating clear and attainable project objectives and project requirementsAnd any other related responsibility as assignedResponsibilities
- Responsible for managing the design and delivery of a project.
- Manages contract, fees, scope, schedule, budget, communications and overall project delivery.
- Scope & Complexity: Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of routine projects with mínimal complexity on small to midsized projects.
- Primary team, client and consultant contact.
- Demonstrates general knowledge in developing project scope, budgets and business development.Supervision: Oversight from studio director or other senior staff; May manage a small to medium sized team.Your Qualifications
