Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to compensation program administration and reporting




- Process multiple reports within defined SLAs and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities
- Handle adhoc data requests and analysis from internal / external stakeholders as needed
- Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created.
- Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
- Identify data or process discrepancies and flag issues proactively to relevant stakeholders
- Interact with business partners to analyze and interpret business needs
- Design infrastructure to support new processes or programs
- Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear and professional communication
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in repo
