Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in Ireland, Germany, USA, France, Canada, and the UK.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial profile to recommend suitable universities and programs.
- Provide detailed information on universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions, visa, and documentation teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Stay updated on university intakes, immigration policies, scholarships, and education trends for the destination countries.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Build long-term relationships with students by providing timely guidance and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in study abroad counselling.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of admission processes for Ireland, Germany, USA, France, Canada, and the UK is preferred.
- Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
