Graduate Education Operations Associate (Internship + Full-Time)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Graduate Education Operations Associate to join our founding team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about education, research, operations, and creating meaningful student experiences. You will work directly with the founders to build and streamline operational processes that support international education and student success.

Employment Structure

Internship (Probation) - 6 Months - ₹15,000 per month

Full-Time Employment - Permanent (upon successful completion of internship) - ₹30,000 per month





Selection Process — Research & Documentation Assignment
- Evaluation Criteria: Depth and accuracy of research, quality of writing, clarity of structure, visual presentation and layout, use of credible sources, and overall ability to translate raw information into a polished, student-facing document.
- Purpose: This exercise reflects the day-to-day nature of the role. Strong performance on this assignment is a key input into the final hiring decision.

Key Responsibilities

You will work on the operational backbone of our education platform and services by:
- Researching international education systems, universities, admission requirements, and student pathways.
- Mapping complete student admission journeys across different countries.
- Preparing operational workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
