Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Present and explain the company's products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
- Achieve individual calling and sales targets.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- fresher and experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, or Customer Support.




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and skilled attitude.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
