Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

Explain health insurance plans clearly.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.

Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups.

Maintain customer data in CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales experience is an advantage but Freshers can also apply
