JOB ROLE: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new US staffing clients while building long-term business relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present Key2Source INC.'s staffing solutions.
- Conduct lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills
- 2 years to 5 years of experience in US Sales, Business Development, or US Staffing Sales.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.




- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a US Night Shift from the Jaipur office.
- Strong follow-up, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
