- Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Intelligent Automation solutions across the complete automation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using RPA, Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Low-Code platforms.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and related technologies.- Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Provide production support,



technical documentation, and follow development best practices.
- Support team members in resolving technical issues and actively contribute to competency-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Continuously learn and adopt new automation and AI technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of overall experience with hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation technologies.
- Experience in RPA (Automation Anywhere preferred), Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts, and Azure AI services.
- Positive understanding of Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, databases, GitHub/GitHub Copilot, n8n, Power Pages, and OutSystems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
