Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC turning machines with aerospace-grade tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Interpret aerospace engineering drawings and GD&T; to machine complex rotational components.
- Program and adjust CNC turning operations (G-code/CAM) for precision aerospace parts.
- Perform first-article inspections to validate dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct in-process and final checks using micrometers, calipers, and CMM for accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and OEM standards throughout machining.
- Document machining parameters and inspection results for full traceability.
- Ensure material certification and process traceability for audit readiness.
- Follow strict safety and FOD prevention practices in aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve machining issues and drive continuous improvement.




- Demonstrate robust CNC programming skills and the ability to prove out parts with mínimal supervision.:
- Exhibit a dynamic, proactive, and energetic approach—anticipating work requirements and maintaining high productivity standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
